Genesis Capital Group Holdings hedge funds operate on the Avestor "Customizable Fund®" platform allowing each investor to build a personalized portfolio within the fund.

Maximum Growth

Hedge Fund I — Compounding

Allocates to fund manager controlled brokerage accounts at TradeStation, Tradovate, and Forex.com, where the fund has full trading authority. All earnings are automatically reinvested. Compounded weekly.

Regular Income

Hedge Fund II — Cash Flow

Allocates funds into the same manager-controlled trading accounts, but is a non-compounding fund that allows investors to receive cash flow from the investor capital. Earnings distributions are targeted on a weekly basis.

We focus on profit sharing rather than servicing fees — a simple, easy-to-understand structure designed to align our interests with yours.

Due Diligence Fee

1% of contribution

Covers investor background checks, legal and accounting fees, diligence related costs, and third party due diligence documentation for onboarding new investors.

Annual Service Fee

1% of AUM

Paid to the Fund Manager for sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and managing the offering on an ongoing basis. Charged every January and split evenly among all investors.

Fund Expenses

2% of distributions

Covers all ongoing operational costs, brokerage fees, technology, administration. If expenses exceed 2% of earnings, Managers absorb the excess from their profit split.

Profit Split

50/50

The remaining distributions are split equally between investor and manager. Due to the 2% fund expense allocation, statements reflect a 49%/51% appearance — but the base split is 50/50.
